Care Instructions
- Always trim wooden wick to 1/8 inch before burning. Keep wax basin clean. Always use a candle holder that is heat-resistant, sturdy and large enough to catch any dripping or melted wax. Burn candles in a well-ventilated area. Never burn a Thank You candle for more than three hours and let it cool for at least two hours before relighting. Never leave a candle unattended and keep it away from anything that could catch fire. Keep Thank You candles out of reach of children and pets. Do not burn the candle completely. Use a candle extinguisher to extinguish the candle, this is the safest way to prevent the wax from splashing.

Ceramics and enamel can be delicate. If your order arrives damaged or broken during transit, don’t panic! Just send us a photo of the damaged item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement out to you free of charge.
Returns & Exchanges
Personalized Items: Because these are made specifically for you (with your name, dates, or messages), we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Standard Items: For non-personalized items, you have 90 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
