“How long does it take to create a bespoke product?”
Since all of our products are bespoke and made-to-order, it typically takes 2-5 days to create each item. We believe in delivering personalized perfection, and this time allows us to ensure that your product is crafted with the utmost care and attention.

“Can I personalize my mug?”
Absolutely! We love adding a personal touch to our creations. Whether you want to add a special message, commemorate a date, or include custom artwork, we're here to bring your vision to life. Simply select the personalization option when placing your order, and let us know the details during checkout.

“How do I place an order?”
Placing an order with Inky Sips is easy! Simply browse our collection of mugs and personalized creations, select your preferred items, and proceed to checkout. During the checkout process, you'll have the opportunity to provide any personalization details for your order.

S H I P P I N G

 "Do they offer free shipping?"
Free shipping is available on order $99+ shipping within the continental US. For all other orders, we deliver with fixed prices.

"What shipping options do you offer?"                                                                          We currently offer standard domestic shipping within the U.S. only. Once your items have been processed (2-5 business days), they will arrive in 2-7 business days via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. 

"Where can I find my tracking information?"                                                             Once your item ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can follow as your items travel across America! It may take up to 2 business days for the tracking information to update in our shipping partner's system!

 "What if my item was received damaged?"
Send a photo of the defective product with a description of the defect and we will replace it free of charge.

"Can I made a change to my unshipped items?"                                                                Yes! But you will need to contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to ensure we have time to make those changes. Please email us at contact@inkysips.com 

 "What is the Inky Sips product guarantee?"
Every product is backed by our 100% Quality Guarantee. If it’s not perfect, we’ll make it right—because excellence is our baseline.

"How long does the candle burn?"
We designed it to burn for an average of 50-60 hours continuously. The exact time depends on your lighting habits.

"How do I clean the glass for recycling?"
Wax residue can be easily removed with warm water and dish soap. The glass can then be used as a small flower pot or storage container.

"Is this candle suitable for allergy sufferers?"
The formula is free of parabens, phthalates and artificial dyes, but contains fragrances; if you are sensitive, choose the fragrance-free version.

"What size mugs are available?"
Choose between 11 oz and 15 oz versions—both are finished with a glossy exterior and colored interior/handle options.

"Is this mug dishwasher and microwave safe?"
-The ceramic mug is microwave-safe and dishwasher-safe; hand washing helps prolong the print’s vibrancy.
- The enamel mug and tumbler cannot be used in a microwave oven.

 "Can I cancel or edit my order after it has been placed? "

Unfortunately,. once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Our system processes orders immediately to ensure fast shipping.

We accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Because we are a two person team, we are not always immediately available to answer your emails. We will respond to you within 24 hours to resolve any issues or to answer any questions you have! During the weekends, answer times may be delayed.
