Processing Time: Since most of our items are personalized and made to order, please allow 2-3 business days for us to create your masterpiece.
Delivery: Once shipped, standard US shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package hits the road.
Safe Arrival Guarantee
Ceramics and enamel can be delicate. If your order arrives damaged or broken during transit, don’t panic! Just send us a photo of the damaged item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement out to you free of charge.
Returns & Exchanges
Personalized Items: Because these are made specifically for you (with your name, dates, or messages), we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Standard Items: For non-personalized items, you have 90 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
