Refund policy
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 90 days of receiving your product.
To return, the product must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a proof of purchase slip or receipt.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. We will not accept returns without prior request for return.
Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Products
Certain types of products cannot be returned: Personalized Items: Because these are made specifically for you (with your name, dates, or messages), we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized products unless they arrive damaged or defective.Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific product.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Send us a photo of the damaged/defective product and we will replace it free of charge.
Please note that we will need a picture of the damaged product and the shipping box (with visible damage).
14-day withdrawal period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. As stated above, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need a proof of purchase slip or receipt.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected the returned product and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, your money will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
