The jars arrive with a black metal lid and a permanent label. When the naughty soy candle’s done, the glass cleans up easily to become a little vase, makeup brush holder, or desk catchall. Ceramics and enamel can be delicate. If your order arrives damaged or broken during transit, don’t panic! Just send us a photo of the damaged item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement out to you free of charge.
Returns & Exchanges
Personalized Items: Because these are made specifically for you (with your name, dates, or messages), we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Standard Items: For non-personalized items, you have 90 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
